The CL-BD7C “Maximus” was created with a top-heavy concept to achieve maximum body and depth from the drum. The chamois-covered wood core naturally creates a uniquely raw impact sound, while also taking the edge off the contact timbre. The added brass weight gives it more depth of sound for a very dark tone.
