Nashville based and highly-acclaimed studio drummer, Nir Z, has joined the IP drumset artist family!  A native of Israel, Nir moved to New York City in 1993.  In 1997, he recorded the Genesis album Calling All Stations and subsequently joined the band for their 1998 tour.  Among his numerous album credits, one of the most notable was the 2001 breakthrough John Mayer album, Room for Squares.  In 2011, Nir moved to Nashville and has quickly established himself as a first-call session player.  Some notable album credits also include Blake Shelton, Jason Mraz, Chris Cornell, Wynnona Judd, Billy Squire, John Oats, Hunter Hayes, Katie Armiger, Tracy Lawrence, Love and Theft, and Laura Bell Bundy.
