Ricky Morrow is currently the Director of Percussion Studies and Associate Director of Bands at Magnolia High School in Magnolia, Arkansas. He oversees all aspects of the percussion program for grades 6-12, and directs the 8th grade band during the spring semester. Ricky is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas with a B.M.E. in Music Education. His private teachers include Blake Tyson, Philip Parker and Dustin Chambers.

Before attending the University of Central Arkansas, Ricky was 1st chair All State Jazz Band, and also placing in the 1st Band All State Wind Ensemble. He is often sought after as a private teacher, percussion consultant, and arranger. His private lesson students have consistently been top chairs in their regions, and respectively gone on to place in both All State Jazz and All State Wind Ensembles. His percussion arrangements have captured High Drumline captions throughout the State of Arkansas. He has also arranged for the University of Central Arkansas, and Arkansas Tech University marching percussion programs.
