Massimo Manzi

Born in Rome in 1956 , he start playing drums at 12, self taught.  In the mid 70s begin his professional career. Quickly he becomes one of the most wanted drummers especially in jazz and crossover music fields. He recorded more than 160 album as sideman and three as leader, with great musicians like Dave Liebman, Eddie Gomez, Lee Konitz, Jerry Bergonzi, Eddie Henderson, Fabrizio Bosso, Vito di Modugno and many others.
