Katie Parham is a resident of Charlotte, North Carolina and is a graduate of Western Carolina University where she earned a BSEd degree is Music Education. Katie performed with the Pride of the Mountains Marching Band (07’- 12’) as a snare drummer and marimba player. She served as snare section leader in 2010. Katie also performed with the PIW finalist group, Palmetto Percussion, in 2011/2012 as well as spent 3 years with the NFL Carolina Panthers Purrcussion drumline playing snare.

Katie has taught and arranged for various percussion programs in the Concord and Charlotte area. During the winter months, Katie spends her weekends with the PIO group, Revelation. Katie works as Elementary Music educator and with the Hickory Ridge High School band as the Percussion Coordinator in Harrisburg, NC.
