Juan Carlos Santos is a native of Havana, Cuba. He has been playing drums and percussion since the age of seven, studying under Cuban great Danny Perez in Miami, Florida. He has played with countless Latin, Christian, Pop and Jazz artists, including Celia Cruz, The Temptations, Boney James, Jonathan Butler and War. Juan Carlos has also recently been on tour with Kirk Whalum. He is currently living in Nashville with his family.
