Joe Beam is the Music Program Coordinator at Episcopal High School, where he leads the band  and orchestra programs. A dedicated educator and performer, he is an active clinician,  adjudicator, and teacher throughout Houston. He has presented masterclasses at The Percussion  Conservatory, Rice University, and Sam Houston State University, sharing his expertise about  drumming within a symphony and in the pit for musical theatre. 

As a performer, Joe works with The Houston Symphony, Theatre Under the Stars, and various  other theaters and churches. He has also been a guest drummer with the Cleveland Orchestra and  Akron Symphony. Additionally, he has performed frequently in professional cover bands for  weddings and corporate events.
