Slade Moore is a Middle Tennessee native who is an active performer, educator, and arranger. Slade currently teaches private lessons, marching percussion, and masterclasses at various schools in the Greater Nashville Area. His experience ranges between Drumset, Concert Percussion, Marching Percussion, and World Percussion.

Having earned his Music Degree from Middle Tennessee State University, Slade took the opportunity to take his craft to the next level thanks to the instruction of professors Lalo Davila, Brian Mueller, Julie Davila, and Russell Wharton. These educators inspired Slade to push boundaries with performing and teaching.

In the ever-growing diversity of Middle Tennessee’s music culture, Slade provides a variety of skills in live and studio settings. Some notable accomplishments include the debut recording of the musical “A Vote of Her Own”, performing with Andy Narell, Michael W. Smith, and for Hallmark’s Enchant.

Slade is thankful for his growth with the help of educators such as Michael Chester, Debbie Burton, Keith Dudek, and many others. Through these educators, Slade is driven to help others achieve the same joy that he felt as a student.
