Dawson Kling

Percussion Educator

Dawson has been drumming for 15 years, and teaching for 8 years. His marching experience includes four summers of drum corps with The Academy, Bluecoats, and Carolina Crown. He was also a member of Rhythm X in 2020, as well as 2022, when he was the section leader of the snare line. Dawson's experiences with these ensembles, as well as the people he has met, have led him to continue his love for rudimental drumming as a full-time educator. He currently resides in Centerville Ohio, teaching at Rhythm X, and giving private lessons remotely. Dawson is also a snare technician at The Cavaliers Drum and Bugle Corps.
