Christopher Lennox is a Texas based percussion educator, arranger, and performer. He is the current director of percussion and assistant director of bands at Braswell High School in Denton ISD.
Since 2002, Chris has performed with and taught many world-class ensembles across the US, Europe, and Asia. He has performed with the Jersey Surf, Crossmen, Phantom Regiment, Blue Devils, Cavaliers, Music City Mystique, Aimachi, and Top Secret Drum Corps. Christopher has also worked as an instructor, clinician, and arranger with more than twenty schools across the US. He served on percussion staff with the Troopers in 2009 and the Boston Crusaders from 2010 through 2013.
Christopher graduated from the University of North Texas with his Bachelor of Music Education. At UNT Christopher had the honor of studying with Christopher Deane, Paul Rennick, Mark Ford, Robert “Doc” Schietroma, Ed Smith, and Michael Drake. Prior to UNT, Mr. Lennox attended the University of Delaware in his hometown of Newark, Delaware where he studied with Jim Ancona, Harvey Price, and Orlando Cotto.
