Maryland native Carrington Brown, grew up in the suburbs of Washington, D.C. actively involved in the local music scene. His God given ability for percussion was realized in local churches, and further nurtured at performing arts schools. During his matriculation at various schools/institutes Carrington had the opportunity to travel abroad and share his talents internationally. He has played in Germany, Canada, and the Bahamas behind several national gospel recording artists.

His skill and educational prowess in post-secondary school led to a full scholarship to Berklee College of Music. While matriculating at Berklee College of Music, his talent was realized by national artist, which led to several opportunities. Some of these opportunities include touring with K. Michelle, Sebastian Mikael, and percussionist for the house band for Love and Hip Hop Atlanta reunion show, and BET 106 and Park. 

He currently serves as the Music Director and drummer for Teyana Taylor, who is a Kanye West G.O.O.D. Music/Def Jam Artist. He recently finished live drumming and production for Teyana Taylor’s album-VII, and Sebastian Mikail’s album speechless.
