Asa Wiggins is a Nashville native touring and recording drummer. Growing up in a musical family, he developed a passion for the drum kit from an early age. Through playing in church, in bands with family and friends, and studying privately with seasoned drummers Howard Mayberry (Lorrie Morgan), Marcus Finnie (Kirk Whalum, Donna Summer), and others, Asa went on to playing professionally in the Nashville touring scene. He has had the pleasure to perform with many artists including Hayley Orrantia, Jeff Hardy, Courtney Cole, NBC’s The Voice artists Craig Wayne Boyd (season 7 winner), Mary Sarah, and Brennley Brown. Recordings include sessions for Grammy and Dove Award winning producer Seth Mosley, sessions with Nashville legends Wayne Moss and Charlie McCoy, and cuts by artists Tommy Roe, Citizen Way, Tenille Townes, McCoy, and Dectify.

Asa currently tours full time with Sony Music Nashville recording artist Tenille Townes and is extremely proud to endorse Innovative Percussion.
