Amanda Petersen is a native of Collierville, Tennessee. Amanda began her marching career with Memphis Sound Drum and Bugle Corps in 2004 and 2005 and continued with Carolina Crown from 2006 to 2008. She has worked with Forte Drum and Bugle Corps (2010) and has also served on the administrative team at Carolina Crown (2011). Amanda has been working with the Madison Scouts since 2012 and will be returning this upcoming summer.

Amanda’s WGI experience includes marching Gateway Indoor from 2006 to 2008 and Rhythm X in 2010. She joined the instructional staff at Gateway Indoor in 2011 and has served as the Front Ensemble Coordinator since 2013.

Amanda currently resides in Maplewood, MO and is an active front ensemble teacher for a number of schools. She has taught throughout the Mid-West and South, including, Atlanta, Memphis, Houston, and Dayton. The groups she has worked with include George W. Mason, Bellbrook and Collierville High School. She currently works full time with a Search Engine Marketing company and teaches at Rockwood Summit and St. Charles West High School.
