This is the third installment of the Lowcountry Percussion Festival. All middle school and high school percussionists in Berkely, Dorchester, and Charleston counties are invited to attend a day full of information on their All-State percussion audition material, playing percussion in their concert band and orchestras, and clinics on percussion performance.
