As a member of alternative rock band Splender (1999-2003), Marc honed his drumming chops both in the studio and through heavy touring with bands such as Third Eye Blind, the Goo Goo Dolls, and Vertical Horizon. Marc recorded two albums with Splender; 1999's Halfway Down the Sky (Columbia Records) produced by Todd Rundgren, and To Whom it May Concern produced by Mark Endert on Clive Davis' J Records in 2001.

While in Splender, he also earned the respect and admiration of his drumming peers, receiving write-ups in Modern Drummer magazine. In addition to Splender, he has also toured and/or recorded with Kylie Minogue, Kate Voegele, Tonic, Lee Sklar, Pink, Curtis Peoples, Alexa Ray Joel, Delta Goodrem, Steve Grand, Yogi Lonich, Lucia Parker, Todd Rundgren, Sabrina Carpenter, Jim Mcgorman, Cassadee Pope, Grace Potter, Hugo (Epic recording Artist), Korbee, Jared Scharff (Saterdaynight Live Band), Drake Bell, Katarina Gleicher, Ben Jelen, Gavin DeGraw, Philip Sayce, Dan Godlin, The Damnwells, Kill The Alarm, G.E Smith (SNL BAND), Katie Herzig, Ryan Star, God or Julie, Krista, Megan McCauley, Wes Hutchinson, Granian, The Niagaras, MisUniverse, Big Dismal, Course of Nature, Torture Sermon, and Chris Grace, among many others.

He has appeared extensively on TV including shows such as XFactor, The View, Good Morning America, Queen Latifah
Show, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Last Call with Carson Daily, Late Show with David Letterman, Wendy Williams Show, 2010 Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree Lighting (NBC) with Kylie Minogue, and Jimmy Kimmel Live.

Marc also offers the service of providing custom drum tracks recorded in his Los Angeles studio, for bands or producers seeking professional-quality tracks. Via the internet, he records for artist/producers all over the world.

Marc is also in the process of finishing his first drum book entitled Permutations.
